Renting our state of the art facility is a great way to have your group or team experience first rate training accommodations just like the big leagues!!! Enlisting one or two of our experienced specialty instructors to delegate your training regimen will definitely make that experience complete.
Team workouts include: Training from our elite instructor(s) who will physically challenge and mentally prepare your group or team with basic and advanced methodology perfected by Mike Murphy and now expertly taught by his instructor disciples. This great package will definitely play a key part in your team’s overall success. It can make all the difference between winning or losing that big game.
